The King Park View is the largest and most spacious of the rooms. It also has the most picturesque view of St Leonard’s Park and North Sydney Oval. It is decorated with amazing French designer wallpaper, has high ceilings and an elaborately sized en-suite with complimentary toiletries. There is also a delightful separate sitting area.

The King En-Suite is beautifully decorated with designer wallpaper and an amazing en-suite. It offers a serene view of St Leonard’s Park and North Sydney Oval. Three people comfortably fit as the king bed can easily be split into two singles and a trundle bed can be organised upon request should you require an additional bed.

Each of the two Queen Park View rooms is decorated with beautiful French designer wallpaper and has a lovely view overlooking picturesque St Leonard’s Park and North Sydney Oval. The rooms encompass luxuriously high ceilings, a comfortable queen sized bed and a spacious en-suite suitable for two.

With only three rooms this size, each is uniquely decorated with beautiful French designer wallpaper. Every room has luxuriously high ceilings, a comfortable queen sized bed and an en-suite. With all three rooms ideally sized for two people, Room 3 is the most spacious, including a lovely table and chair area.

With only two rooms this size, each is decorated differently with beautiful French designer wallpaper. Both rooms have luxuriously high ceilings, a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Two people can easily fit in our Double En-Suite rooms.

These rooms are not equipped with an en-suite and have shared bathroom facilities - one full bathroom plus one separate toilet & basin shared between 3 rooms.

The two ‘King Shared Bathroom’ rooms are very spacious with king beds and a chair and table area. When booking a ‘King Shared,’ you’ll be sharing a spacious bathroom with only two other rooms. The bathroom has a large free standing bathtub, toilet and shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet facility. The king bed can be split into two singles on request.
✶ QUEEN SHARED BATHROOM
The Queen Shared Bathroom offers a comfortably sized room for two people. It is decorated beautifully with French designer wallpaper and a queen sized bed. This room shares a bathroom with only two other rooms. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant, including a traditional free standing bathtub, toilet and a shower. Additionally, there is a separate toilet facility.
